RETURNS & REFUNDS

 IQ entertain its customers for refunds but it has no return policy. if they receive a faulty or completely damaged package without over charging the customers IQ will entertainon their expenses. But if customer wants to exchange the product they will have to place complain within 3 days of receiving the order and ship back & deliver the product on their own expense. If Product will lightly damage during shipment then compny will not responsible.If Customer got Wrong or Missing Product Compny will responsible for claim.
